New Customers - If You Still Haven't Received Your License KeyIf you haven't received your license key within 24 hours of your purchase, please make sure that you checked your spam/junk mail folder. If you can't find your license email or you can't receive replies to your support requests, the most likely reason is that our messages are blocked by spam filters of your email provider (unfortunately some email service providers including gmail apply highly aggressive spam filtering and occasionally mark legitimate messages as spam).
You may send your purchase information using the form below. You are also recommended to provide a different email address (fill in the "Alternate Email" box) so we can deliver your license key or support messages to you in case the issue was caused by spam filtering.
Existing Customers - Retrieve Lost License KeyIf you have lost your license key, we can resend your key if you submit your request including your purchase information using the form below. If you do not remember all of your purchase details, provide us with as much information as you can.
Note that we can send your license key only to the email address you provided during your purchase. If you have lost access to that email address, send an email to contactweb including your full purchase information (i.e. your full name, registrant name, purchase email address and order number). Note that there might be some delay for security reasons before your license key can be resent. @infolinesoftware.com
